For your blog entry I would like you to ponder some of what you have heard and throw some ideas out that you think might work for senior project
1- I learned that we know more about our moon then we do about our own ocean.
ideas- a sound piece/ song made out of all underwater sounds.
2- 1% of the worlds water is available for drinking.
ideas- a sound piece/ song made with dripping water.
what i was actually thinking of doing was making a sound piece that portrays someone walking onto a busy city street and transitions into someone taking a stroll in the country side. it would have some peaceful guitar.

I really like the idea of the underwater sounds. I would like to see what it would sound like. I also really like your idea of sounds of the busy streets. I don't know how they would tie together but both ideas are really good.
ReplyDeleteYou're one of the only students doing a sound project. I like your ideas and I can imagine them to be really good once they're done. Although, it would really hard to listen to it for the first time and get what you're listening to. You guys should write out a statement explaining what it is or even use an obvious title to portray the piece.
ReplyDeleteI really like the city idea. I think it will be great idea to have people who normally live in a city to listen to a piece that will make them realize what kind of environment they live in.
